Files keep reapearing in share folder

Hey everyone I ended up just logging into 45 computers and doing selective sync on all of them then deleting the files. I need to come up with something different this is way to annoying. Tristan - I checked out GoodSync and spoke with a rep who told me we need a server to use it which is something we are not prepared to do at this time.
